印刷電路闆(printed-circuit-board，pcb)是(shì)電(diàn)子産(chǎn)品的必(bì)要組成部分，是承載電子(zǐ)産品中電子元(yuán)件的母闆。目前，電子(zǐ)産品快速向小(xiǎo)型化、便捷(jié)化、智(zhì)能化方向(xiàng)發展(zhǎn)，擁有(yǒu)高連(lián)通密度的(de)多層印刷(shuā)電路闆(hdi-pcb)和(hé)柔性(xìng)電路闆(flexible printed circuit board，fpc，亦稱軟(ruǎn)闆)是制造(zào)這些電子産(chǎn)品的重(zhòng)要部件之一。在(zài)多層(céng)電路(lù)闆和(hé)軟闆中(zhōng)使(shǐ)用金屬化(huà)的通(tōng)孔或(huò)盲孔來實現不(bú)同層(céng)之間的導(dǎo)通。通孔(kǒng)電(diàn)鍍銅(tóng)是實現通孔(kǒng)金(jīn)屬化的重要途徑，也(yě)是多層pcb和(hé)fpc制作(zuò)過程中非(fēi)常(cháng)重要的(de)一項(xiàng)技術。但是在直(zhí)流電鍍(dù)過(guò)程中(zhōng)，由于通孔内的電流密度分布(bù)不均(jun1)勻，使用傳(chuán)統鍍(dù)液很難在孔内得到厚度均勻(yún)的(de)鍍(dù)層，而(ér)使用(yòng)有機添加(jiā)劑是(shì)一(yī)個(gè)有效(xiào)而且經濟的方(fāng)法。所(suǒ)以(yǐ)，開發出(chū)有效而(ér)且穩定性、适(shì)應性強的(de)通(tōng)孔電鍍添加(jiā)劑是非(fēi)常(cháng)必要(yào)的。
